A flasher was met with the ultimate put down when a woman told him: “I’ve seen bigger things on a cocktail stick.”

The victim was working at a petrol station in East Peckham when Ryan Giles confronted her.

Just a week earlier the 32-year-old pervert had flashed at two women walking their dogs, a woman out jogging and a group of teenage schoolgirls on a hike for a Duke of Edinburgh Award.

A dog barked at Giles as he tried to stroke it and tried to engage the owner in conversation before unzipping his fly.

He was arrested, but while on police bail he committed the offence at the service station.

Giles, of The Paddock, Hadlow, admitted three offences of exposure, one of outraging public decency and one of engaging in a sexual activity in the presence of a child.

Maidstone Crown Court heard he was “disinhibited” by a cocktail of cocaine and lager at the time.

Giles followed three lone women and the group of 14-year-olds along wooded paths in Forstal, near Tonbridge, on July 8 this year.

Wearing a distinctive bright yellow T-shirt and shorts and drinking from a can, Giles asked the jogger if she was enjoying her run before flashing at her.

Prosecutor Martin Yale said within minutes Giles ducked into and out of bushes as he followed eight schoolgirls who left nearby Hadlow College for Tonbridge as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

He performed a sex act on himself while standing in the middle of a path. He then confronted another dog walker.

“She was scared and put her dog back on the lead,” said Mr Yale. “He asked to make friends with the dog and then she saw his zip was undone.

“She walked away while he was still, as she put it, fumbling with himself.”

He said of the service station victim: “She was disgusted and tried to get away, saying ‘I have seen bigger things on a cocktail stick’.”

He had been cautioned for exposure in October 2013.

Jan Hayne, defending, said Giles had made no attempt to disguise himself from his victims and “stood out like a sore thumb” in his vivid clothing.

Jailing him for 18 months, Judge Adele Williams said: “You caused great distress and fear to all these women and girls.

“The victim personal statement of one 14-year-old makes plain how frightening and traumatic she found it.”

Giles’ name will appear on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years. He will be barred from working with children and vulnerable adults.

A spokesman for the NSPCC said: "Giles’ actions will have been extremely distressing for all his victims.

"These offences can have damaging consequences for those targeted, as described by one young teenager in her personal victim statement.

"Where required, it’s important that appropriate support is provided."
