POLICE are appealing for information after a 17-foot boat was stolen from private land in Minster Road, Minster, near Sheerness.

The blue and white Lady Louise is believed to be worth around £5,000. The trailer, which the boat was sitting on, was also taken.

Police say the theft happened at around 9.30am on Friday, December 8.
