Sheerness East could climb off the bottom of the Kent County League, Premier Division this weekend.

The basement side travel to second from bottom Milton & Fulston United and victory for East would see them leapfrog the fellow strugglers on Saturday.

East’s home match against Bromley Green last Saturday was postponed and they’ve gone almost a month since their last Premier Division game, when they secured their first league win of the season at Lewisham Borough.

Sheppey’s game at Kennington last Saturday was also postponed.

This Saturday they are at home to Staplehurst as they look to claw in current leaders Canterbury City. Sheppey are currently three points behind but have a far inferior goal difference.
