Sittingbourne man Darren Jeffries due at Guildford Crown Court accused of child rapes

A Sittingbourne man has been charged with a string of child rapes and other sex offences.

Darren Jeffries, of Roonagh Court, is due to appear at Guildford Crown Court tomorrow.

The 47-year-old is charged with a total of six counts of rape against a girl and six counts of gross indecency against a girl.

Surrey Police said the alleged offences took place in Sittingbourne and the Furzton area of Buckinghamshire.
