Money has been flooding in for the family of tragic Jack Burmingham after a fundraising page was set up in his memory.

The page has already raised over the £500 target since being set up this afternoon.

Lesley-Anne Bentley, who set up the fundraising page, said she wanted to raise the money to help and support Jack's family.

She said: "Due to the tragic accident that resulted in the loss of Jack, a much-loved son to Mark and Kerry and his sister Abbey, we would like to show the family our love and support and just how much we all care."

In just a few hours, more than £2,000 was donated by 60 people.

On Friday, police confirmed the teenager died at the scene of the accident, near the junction with Playstool Road.
