Crash in Appledore Road, Woodchurch

A driver has been hospitalised after his car crashed into railings in a rural road this afternoon.

Police officers were called at 1.45pm to Appledore Road in the village of Woodchurch near Ashford.

The road was closed to traffic and the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution. The car was then recovered and the road was clear by 3.40pm.
