Police say a 17-year-old boy, 18-year-old man and 22-year-old man, all from Ramsgate, were arrested on suspicion of public order offences.

A fourth person, a 43-year-old woman from Ramsgate, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer.

A spokesman said: "All four people currently remain in custody while officers are continuing their enquiries into the incident."

But a spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance service confirmed paramedics had not been called to the property.
