A man has been accused of raping an girl under 16 in Margate.
Roman Horvat, of Surrey Road, Cliftonville, was charged with the offence following an allegation made in the Palmbay Avenue area on January 1.
The 24-year-old appeared in court via virtual link and has been remanded in custody until February 13 when he will appear at Canterbury Crown Court.
