The Margate School has Art Against War for Ukrainian war victims

An art school is holding a raffle to help victims of war in Ukraine.

It continues until midnight tonight (Sunday) and the exhibits will be on display until 4pm today.

The event, called Art Against War, is being held by The Margate School in the High Street following donations of artwork by members of the public to be put up for raffle..

Proceeds will go to to two charities, the International Rescue Committee and Voices of Children.

The initiative has gone on since Friday and by yesterday nearly £1,000 was raised.
