Thanet Way crash near Whitstable involving six vehicles

Two people needed medical treatment after a six car crash near Whitstable.

Police officers and paramedics were called to the London-bound carriageway of the Thanet Way at around 5.45pm.

The injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

It closed the exit slip-road, causing long delays.

The road eventually reopened at around 8.30pm.
