Air ambulance called to crash in Hever over bank holiday weekend

An air ambulance was called after a cyclist was injured in a crash at the weekend.

The collision occurred just before 6pm on Saturday.

A cyclist hurt his head, arm, and leg, as well as his hand and ankle, in the crash in Uckfield Lane, Hever.

An air ambulance attended, as well as paramedics and Kent Police.

The man, believed to be in his 30s, was treated at the scene for his injuries, and was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital by road for further treatment.
