An ex-public schoolboy from Tunbridge Wells has been arrested after a video captured on a tube train appeared to show him taking cocaine.

City worker Tom Osborne, 23, was filmed sniffing something off his hand, and offering it to other passengers on June 5.

The video was sent to The Sun newspaper, which published it earlier this week.

A British Transport Police spokesman confirmed officers have arrested a 23-year-old man, and said he has been released on police bail.
