Nicholas Cox charged after 200 cannabis plants found in Five Oak Green

A man has been charged after more than 200 cannabis plants were found at a house.

The drugs factory was discovered during a raid at a semi-detached home in Colts Hill, Five Oak Green on Wednesday morning.

Nicholas Cox, 36, was arrested at the scene and later charged with producing a controlled drug.

He appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody.

A 35-year-old man was also arrested in connection with the investigation, at an address in Marden, Tonbridge, yesterday.

He has been released while the investigation continues.
