Tunbridge Wells: Kent Police investigate armed robbery in Thomas Cook travel agents

Kent Police are investigating an armed robbery in Tunbridge Wells.

Police were called at 11.35am to the Thomas Cook branch on Mount Pleasant Road.

Nobody is reported to be injured, and no arrests have been made at this stage.

Police officers and a forensic investigations van were photographed at the scene by Steve Desson, a local resident.

The travel agents is currently closed but a sign in the window says it will reopen tomorrow.
