A busy road is down to one lane following reports of a fallen tree and an accident on the carriageway.

Drivers are being warned to expect delays on the A21 Hastings Road in Lamberhurst.

The road had been fully closed earlier in the day.

Just down the road from Tunbridge Wells Hospital, the route is partially closed from the A262 Forstal Farm Roundabout to Kipping’s Cross Roundabout on B2160, Maidstone Road.

Police have been contacted for comment.
