Biker taken to hospital after crash with car on Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells

A biker has been taken to hospital with a broken leg after a crash.

Officers were called shortly after 10am to deal with the accident, which involved a car and a motorcycle, on Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells.

South East Coast Ambulance Service was also called to the scene.

The male rider was treated for what police have described as a "serious injury".

He was subsequently taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.

Kent Police Tunbridge Wells tweeted to say the road had been cleared at about 12pm and informed its followers that the man had broken his leg.
