Stolen goods recovered from second hand shop in Tunbridge Wells

Police have busted a second hand shop in Tunbridge Wells to recover items reported stolen in a burglary.

It was alleged a computer console, games and accessories were taken during a burglary in Medway Drive on January 16.

Enquires by local patrols in the town led to the items being seized from a store in Camden Road and on 29 January, Alan Driscoll aged 44 and of no fixed address, was arrested.

He was charged with burglary and remanded in custody to appear, via virtual link, before Medway Magistrates’ Court on 30 January.
