Fire crews tackle Marden bungalow fire

Firefighters were called to a fire in an airing cupboard in a bungalow. 

Kent Fire and Rescue Crews were called to the house in Bramley Court, Marden, at around 9.50am.

Crews wearing breathing apparatus put out a fire in the airing cupboard using a hose reel jet.

They also used a ventilation fan to clear smoke from the property. The cause of the fire is not yet known and there were no reported injuries.
