Hawkhurst: Man taken to hospital after machinery accident

A bricklayer was taken to hospital with leg injuries after a wall he was building collapsed in Hawkhurst.

Paramedics were called to All Saints Road at 9.10am on Tuesday after the accident.

He managed to free himself but critical care paramedics and air ambulance ground crews were called.

He was taken to Tonbridge Cottage Hospital with minor leg injuries.
