Cabaret starring John Partridge premieres at Churchill Theatre, Bromley and is at the Marlowe Theatre in 2020

When it comes to classic musical theatre, it doesn't get much more classic than Cabaret.

It’s racked up award upon award - the production of Kander and Ebb’s award-winning landmark musical’s popularity is enduring.

The Bill Kenwright show sets off on its 2019 tour after premiering at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley tomorrow until Saturday, August 31.

John Partridge stars as Emcee. Winner of Celebrity MasterChef last year and known to TV audiences as EastEnders’ Christian Clarke, John is one of the West End’s most prolific leading men, with roles in

shows including A Chorus Line, Chicago, and La Cage Aux Folles.

Kara Lily Hayworth recently won rave reviews across the country for her portrayal of Cilla Black in Cilla the Musical, after she was discovered by Bill Kenwright during the show’s nationwide TV auditions.

She takes on the role of Sally Bowles, while veteran stage star Anita Harris plays Fraulein Schneider.

Anita first rose to fame as a singer in the 1960s, beginning a lifelong career as a performer and actress. She has appeared both on screen (Follow That Camel and Carry on Doctor) and on stage, most notably as Grizabella in the West End’s Cats.
