Adrian Marsh, of Canterbury Road, Whitstable, has since been charged with three counts of burglary in relation to the offences.

The Boots pharmacy and Cheadles Chemist were both burgled on Christmas Day - with Boots being burgled again on Friday, February 18.

Mr Marsh appeared before Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Saturday and was remanded in custody to appear before the same court on March 10.
