Whitstable Aldi supermarket opens day after M&S Foodhall on Prospect Retail Park

Food giant Aldi has opened its new store in Whitstable today.

Customers got their first taste of the shop at 7.30am when Team GB canoeing star and Olympic gold medalist Tim Baillie cut the ribbon.

The opening comes one day after the M&S Foodhall welcomed its first shoppers yesterday.
