Suspected drug dealers threw bags of cannabis from their balcony after police raided a flat in search of a wanted man.

Officers made two arrests as they raided the property at an undisclosed location in Bexley.

Police arrested three people following a raid on a flat

It came after an arrest warrant was granted by Woolwich Crown Court for a wanted male suspect.

According to an online post by Bexley MPS, a taskforce was deployed within two hours and was let into the flat by a female where they found the wanted man inside.

On entry to the property, “strategically positioned” officers outside the back witnessed plastic bags containing cannabis being thrown off the balcony.
