A woman was taken to hospital after a three car crash.

Police were called to the A21 Hastings Road, near Pembury, at around 9am yesterday.

The woman went to hospital as a precaution.

One car was recovered and the road fully reopened at around 10.10am.

A short distance down the road at Blue Boys Roundabout, in Kipping's Cross, a broken down car caused traffic to back up for three miles.
