Broken down car on A21 near Kipping's Cross between Lamberhurst and Tunbridge Wells causing delays

Motorists are being warned to add extra time to their journeys after a broken down car on the A21 has caused queues stretching back three miles.

The road is partially blocked in both directions between Tunbridge Wells and Lamberhurst at Blue Boys Roundabout in Kipping's Cross.

Traffic is queueing back to Lamberhurst and travel time is around 25 minutes.

The emergency services have been contacted for more information.

The road has now cleared and traffic is said to be easing.
