Tailbacks on the M25 near Darenth Interchange, Dartford, following four-car crash

Drivers can expect long delays on the M25 following an accident involving four cars.

Traffic is queuing on the M25 anti-clockwise before junction 2 of the A2 at the Darenth Interchange, near Dartford.

Tailbacks have been reported to halfway back to junction 3 at Swanley.

All cars had been held from 11.15am while two lane closures were put in place place.

Highways England reports normal traffic conditions are expected to resume after 1.30pm.
