Conservationists in Kent say the county's lakes and rivers are riddled with pollution.It comes as major a report has found a staggering 85% of waterways in the South East are failing ecological standards.Most rivers and lakes across the region are too polluted and habitats for wildlife are degraded, according to The European Environment Agency.
