Creams boss opens The Burger Priest at Chatham Maritime

Holy cow! A new restaurant where customers sit on pews, select their meal from a hymn sheet and are served high quality beef burgers has opened at Chatham Maritime.

Designed with a church theme - even the toilets are confession boxes - The Burger Priest at Jetty 5 is just one of two in the UK.

The menu includes vegan burgers, cheeseburgers, milkshakes made with organic ice cream and organic wines.

Parveen Mann, 42, who manages Creams next door is running the franchise.

She said: “The Burger Priest is unique. We offer premium handmade burgers using Aberdeen Angus beef and gluten-free brioche buns.

"Everything is fresh and cooked on site. We believe we are bringing something different to Medway.”
