A man was allegedly punched and kicked in the head before being chased to a car park.

The victim was in Sevenoaks High Street on September 1 between 11.20pm and 11.30pm when he was attacked by a stranger.

He was then chased by the suspect and another man towards the Bligh’s Walk car park.

Police are investigating the assault and have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to who they think might be able to help.

It came from a sweep of cameras in town and though it is blurry, officers hope somebody will recognise the man and contact the appeal line.
