KM Football Podcast 29 - Jamie Day

In a first for the podcast this week, we're joined by an international head coach.

Jamie Day was appointed Bangladesh boss a year ago and he told us what life working on the other side of the world - and so far away from his family - has been like.

The 39-year-old has experienced the highs of management with Welling but also the low during an ill-fated spell in charge of Ebbsfleet.

Day looked back with regret on his time as a youngster at Arsenal but spoke fondly of his drop into non-league with Dover and Dartford.

Find out which club made him train on his own and what life on Ady Pennock's staff at Gillingham was really like.
