Home on Ashford's Constantine Road sees afternoon burglary

A burglar made off with jewellery and a laptop after breaking into a home in the afternoon.

The house, situated on Constantine Road in Ashford, was burgled between 3.50pm and 5pm on Friday, February 7.

An Acer 11 Chrome Book laptop and two iPads were reported stolen, as well as two sets of children’s diamond earrings

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers would like to speak to anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen items, or if they saw anything suspicious in the area at the time of the burglary.

"Witnesses are asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/24218/20.

"You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555 111 or using the anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org"
