This man is being hunted after a girl was sexually assaulted in a Folkestone alleyway.

The 17-year-old was targeted from behind by an attacker who then fled.

She was walking along Churchill Avenue, towards the M20, before entering the alley close to B&Q towards Park Farm Road.

A man approached the victim from behind and then assaulted her. The victim turned around and offender ran off towards Churchill Avenue.

Police have today released an efit of a man they are seeking in connection with the attack, between 8.30am and 9.30am on Thursday, July 11.

He is described as white, 6ft, stocky and in his late 40s to early 50s.

Police said he had grey receding hair with black flecks still visible, was clean shaven and wearing dark blue jeans and a dark grey hooded top with a zip. The top had blue and red writing across the front.
