Police have launched an appeal after burglars broke into a house, stole a handbag and car keys, then stole a car from the driveway.

Officers were called to a house in Canon Woods Way in the Kennington area of Ashford after the theft between 2am and 8am on Wednesday, August 30.

Now they want to track down those responsible, and have asked for the public to report anything suspicious in the area at the time of the offence.
