Woman freed from car overturned in Canterbury Road, Ashford.

Firefighters were called to Canterbury Road in Ashford at around 11.15am this morning, after a car overturned.

Two appliances from the town's White Watch attended the scene, where they helped free the woman.

Crews left the scene at around 11.29am, and the patient was taken to the William Harvey Hospital.

She is understood not to have been seriously injured.

Railings near the traffic lights past the Holiday Inn, towards Kennington, were damaged in the collision.
