The 18-year-old sister of a man who died in a motorbike crash last year is in training for an 18-mile jog in his memory.

About 40 friends will join Natasha Clark on either foot or bikes on a tour of five places in Ashford which were significant in her brother Darren Clark’s life.

Darren, pictured right, died on Sunday, September 21 last year, aged 23, in a motorbike crash on the A251 in Sheldwich.

The joggers and cyclists will set off from the family home in Willesborough, the second port of call is the house in Park Farm where Darren was living when he died, the third point is Ashford Self Hire, Cobbs Wood, where Darren worked and then to his first house, which is in Orchard Heights.

The next stop on the journey is Bybrook cemetery, where Darren is buried, before returning to the family home.

Natasha and friends are raising money for the Kent Air Ambulance and for Demelza House.

uE06E Natasha is happy to welcome other runners to join the event and can be contacted by email at darrenclarkfundraiser@live.co.uk
