Sene Valley Golf Club’s long-standing course record has been smashed by member Charlie Wilson (pictured).
The Sene Valley and Littlestone GC member – who plays off one – is currently club champion and shot eight birdies, an eagle and dropped just one shot on the way to a gross 62 in a midweek stableford match.
His round beat the previous best, Jack Hamilton’s gross 65, which has stood for 21 years and three months.
