Police are not treating the death of a young woman whose body was found in Folkestone as suspicious.

Officers discovered the 22-year-old when they were called to a bungalow in Moat Farm Road at 6.50pm yesterday.

An investigation was launched after the "unexplained" death.

The force said this morning her death is not being treated as suspicious, but that a post mortem examination is due to be held to determine the cause of death.

Forensics crews were spotted going into the property and an officer stood guard outside last night.

Kent Police said it had received "reports of concern for a woman" at the address.

Officers believe the woman lived at the address where she was found and are trying to identify her next of kin.
