Ashford musicians stripped off and were pictured with only their instruments for a new charity calendar.

The Laid Bare project by photographer Sam Sutton features popular local artists naked to raise money for two great causes.

Sam, of LivesThruALens, has been working on the project for two months and is donating all proceeds from the 2017 calendar to Pilgrims Hospice and Epilepsy Awareness.

Now KentOnline can reveal an exclusive taster of the naked, but tasteful pictures.

The project has received support and sponsorship from a host of Ashford businesses, including The Windmill Inn, Down The Pub Radio, Out of Our Tree Forest School, Kent Plant Services, String Wind Repairs, Box Clever Development and Grassroots Gardening.

It was officially launched at a special gig at the Windmill Inn on Thursday, November 3.
