Firefighters have spent the morning tackling a major barn fire in Station Road, Pluckley.
Six fire engines, a water unit and other co-ordinating vehicles are attending the scene having been called to Stanford Bridge Farm at about 9.30am.
Up to 40 firefighters are combating the blaze, which has seen a large quantity of straw destroyed.
Crews are using four monitor jets, three on -site water bowsers and the water unit to extinguish the fire.
They are also cooling surrounding buildings to protect them from any fire spread.
The building is believed to be used as agricultural storage.
There are no reports of any casualties.
The cause is as yet unknown.
