M20 lane closures in Ashford planned with A2070 and A292 Hythe Road link to also shut for two weeks

Part of the M20 and a stretch connecting two A-roads are to shut for nearly two weeks.

National Highways has announced the A2070 and A292 Hythe Road link in Willesborough, Ashford, will close for several nights, starting later this month.

It will shut between the M20 Junction 10 roundabout and the M20 London-bound entry slip towards Lees Road.

Work will begin on January 29 and last until February 12, taking place on weeknights between 8pm and 6am.

A diversion will be in place in both directions via the A2070 and A2042.

The M20 Junction 10 roundabout will remain open during the closures.

People wishing to join the M20 London-bound are being told to use Junction 10a.

There will also be overnight closures on the London-bound M20.

A section of the carriageway between Junction 10 and Junction 9, adjacent to Hythe Road, will also shut from February 5 until February 9.
