Residents hoping to dance the night away will be disappointed as the club will be reopening as a bar for 2020.

To comply with government guidelines it will open on Fridays from 6pm until 10pm and Saturdays 2pm until 10pm, with exclusive full table service and booths for up to six people against a backdrop of club anthems.

The new Cameo will also feature a weekend Brunch Club between 2pm and 4pm and Supper Club from 6pm to 8pm, featuring unlimited pizza and a selection of bottomless drinks.

The fresh look will be launched with a Halloween special, with tables already being snapped up quickly.

Cameo’s manager, Fred Shingler, said: “My team and I are so excited to get back to work after months of furlough and can’t wait to welcome our customers to Cameo.

"It will be different, but we are all about adapting and changing with the times to create enjoyable experiences and believe we have created an offer that will deliver a Covid secure and fun experience for everyone.”
