Whitstable Town crashed out of the FA Cup after a disappointing display at Potters Bar Town in the second qualifying round on Saturday.

Oystermen boss Mark Munday (pictured) was left to rue two goals in a five-minute burst which effectively sealed his side's fate in the second qualifying round match.

After the home side took a 25th-minute lead, former Welling and Folkestone Invicta striker Ellis Remy doubled the advantage on the half hour and Bar added a third 15 minutes from time.

Munday said: "The next round was definitely achievable. Then who knows which club would have been next out of the hat. I am bitterly disappointed that we did not compete until the last 15 minutes, by then it was too late."
