Station Road in Tenterden was closed this morning as ice causes access problems.
The Kent & East Sussex Railway is still running its Santa Specials and is asking visitors to park in the town centre car parks.
Station manager Graham Baldwin, one of the few to make it down Station Road, said that a car and lorry have become stuck in the road.
