Police release e-fit after suspicious incident in Arlington area of Ashford

A manhunt has been triggered after a schoolboy was approached on a road.

Police are investigating the suspicious incident in Ashford and have released the image of a man they want to identify.

Officers were called after a man reportedly approached and spoke to a schoolboy in the Arlington area.

The boy left the area after becoming concerned, and was walked home by an adult he knew.

A police spokesman said that officers are "keen to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident".

As part of their investigation, they have released a computer-generated image of the man involved.

The suspect was reported to be wearing a grey and orange jacket, and driving a black car.
