Fire at Woolpack Corner in Biddenden

Sixteen firefighters are tackling a blaze in Biddenden tonight.

Four fire engines have been sent to the scene in Woolpack Corner in Biddenden.

People have been warned to avoid the area while crews tackle the blaze, which broke out in a single-storey building.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service says the fire crews have surrounded the fire and are making good progress in tackling the blaze.

Fire crews are using hose reels and a main jet to protect the surrounding buildings and extinguish the fire.
