Police are investigating reports that a woman has been raped in a town centre.
Officers were called to the Park Street area of Ashford at about 6.30pm yesterday.
At about 10pm, police and crime scene investigators were seen in the car park of the NatWest bank.
A police spokesman said: "Patrols currently remain in the area while inquiries are carried out to establish the circumstances of the incident."
