kmfm listener Carol Headington has become the latest winner of the radio station's 'Thousand Pound Friday' competition'.

The Ashford resident sent in a text message for the chance to win the prize and was clearly shocked as presenter Rob Wills made the surprise call to tell her she had won.

All day listeners had been entering by text or email with the promise that someone would be chosen at random and not only would they win the cash, but it would be delivered to their door, just in time for the weekend.

Carol was so shocked she did not know what to say.

kmfm give listeners the chance to win the jackpot every month and the competition will return February 24.

Text or enter online between 8am and 5.50pm and one person will get a call back and £1,000 cash will be delivered before the end of kmfm drivetime with Rob Wills at 7pm.
