Collision at Chaucer roundabout between Military Road and Tourtel Road causing delays

A an accident involving a car and a lorry caused delays in central Canterbury today.

They collided at the Chaucer roundabout where Tourtel Road meets Military Road at 12.45pm.

Police say no one is injured, but that the accident led tailbacks.

Spokesman Jon Green said: “Traffic was having trouble getting around and built up in the area."

The road was cleared by 1.10pm.
