Former UKC student Ellie Goulding will play for Prince William and Kate Middleton and their guests at the royal wedding reception.

The singer-songwriter, who studied drama at the Canterbury university campus, will perform at the after dinner party at Buckingham Palace.

Ellie - who won the Critics’ Choice Award at the Brit Awards last year - saw her debut album, Lights, go straight to number one on its release.
