A telecoms software sales manager from Canterbury had been revealed as a candidate in the new series of The Apprentice which starts next Tuesday.

Vincent Disneur, 29, describes himself as a perfectionist whose 'positive approach and very good looks make me stand out from the crowd'.

He added: "A lot of family and friends suggested I audition for the show and I was intrigued by the new format so decided to go fit it.

"I can't say too much other than it was an amazing experience and very entertaining, although you never know how the producers are going to edit it."

See the full story in tomorrow's Kentish Gazette. The newspaper will be following the progress of the former St Anselm's School pupil and want to hear from readers who know Vincent and from anyone else about how they think he fares every week.
